Step-by-Step Claims Process
Step 1: Visit the Vet
If your furry friend isn’t feeling their best, don’t hesitate. Head to any licensed vet in South Africa for the necessary treatment.

Pay for the Vet Visit: You pay for the vet visit and treatment costs, making sure to keep your proof of payment and the vet’s invoice.

Get Pet’s History: If it’s your first time making a Yapper Pet Insurance claim, request your pet’s history from the vet before you go.
Step 2: Download & Complete the Claim Form
When you visit the vet, make sure you have a Yapper Pet Insurance claim form on hand. Your vet will need to sign it for you to submit a claim. This is really only required if you will submit this via Email, doing it online requires no claim form.
Step 3: Submit Your Claim to Yapper Pet Insurance
